September through December we make a delicious Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake. The Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake has a sweet yet spicy taste with hints of cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. The crust is made with a moist, buttery gluten-free, flour blend that has small bits of pecan. The pecans give the cheesecake a welcomed change of texture that adds to the complexity of the cheesecake. It is topped off with a vanilla creamy icing which balances the sweetness of the pumpkin custard and cream cheese filling.
