  • 1 Tbsp of Salted Butter (Caramel)
  • 1 Tbsp of And I Like ItTM FirstRateTM (Caramel)
  • 2 Tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream (Caramel)
  • 1/8 tsp of Black Strap Molasses (Caramel)
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla (Caramel)
  • Salt to taste (Caramel)
  • 1 Tbsp Butter, room temperature (Cake)
  • 1 Egg (Cake)
  • 1 Tbsp water (Cake)
  • 1 Tbsp Sour cream (Cake)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract (Cake)
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder (Cake)
  • 3 Tbsp And I Like It™ Baking Blend (Cake)
  • 1 Tbsp of And I Like It™ FirstRate™ (Cake)
  • ½ tsp of Cinnamon (Cake)


  1. Melt the butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds (Caramel)
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and put back into the microwave for 30 seconds. (Caramel)
  3. Pull out and stir and do this 3-5 more times till it is nice and thick. (Caramel)
  4. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix. (Cake)
  5. Pour into a greased coffee mug (Cake)
  6. Microwave for 1 min- 1 ½ min. (you want it to not be dry, keep an eye on it to make sure it is cooked but moist) (Cake)
  7. Pull out of microwave and add the caramel sauce to the top (Cake)
