AILI Coffee Cake Chaffles

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP Butter, salted, melted (CHAFFLE)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract (CHAFFLE)
  • ⅛ tsp Baking powder (CHAFFLE)
  • 2 TBSP And I Like It™ FirstRate™ (CHAFFLE)
  • 1 Egg, large (CHAFFLE)
  • 2 TBSP And I Like It™ Baking Blend, packed (CHAFFLE)
  • 1 TBSP butter, salted, melted (CRUMBLE)
  • 1 tsp And I Like It™ FirstRate™ (CRUMBLE)
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground (CRUMBLE)
  • 1 TBSP Pecans, chopped (CRUMBLE)

Directions

  1. Plug in your mini waffle maker (mini griddle will work too) & use a non-stick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, vanilla, baking powder & FirstRate.
  3. Whisk in the egg, then add the Baking Blend just until combined. Set aside.
  4. Make the crumble by mixing all the ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Pour half the chaffle batter onto your mini waffle maker & then drizzle half the crumble on top.
  6. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until it stops steaming.
  7. Repeat for the 2nd chaffle.
  8. OPTIONAL: Top with butter or our AILI Lightly Sweetened Whipped Cream & adjust your macros.
