AILI Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup And I Like It™ FirstRate™
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, salted, room temp
  • 1 Egg, large, room temp
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350’F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the FirstRate & baking soda until well combined. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, combine the butter & peanut butter until incorporated, then add the vanilla and mix.
  4. Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture, using a hand mixer, combine the ingredients well, add the egg and mix until just incorporated.
  5. Scoop into 18 balls, about 1.5 Tbsp each.
  6. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes, cool for 30 minutes before removing from the pan
