AILI Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup And I Like It™ FirstRate™
  • 2 TBSP Butter, salted, room temp
  • 1 Egg, large, room temp
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350’F
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the FirstRate & baking soda until well combined, set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, combine the butter & peanut butter until incorporated, then add the vanilla and mix.
  4. Pour the dry mixture into the wet mixture, using a hand mixer, combine the ingredients well, add the egg and mix until just incorporated.
  5. Scoop into 18 balls, about 1.5 TBSP each.
  6. Place on a lined baking sheet
  7. Bake for 8 minutes, cool for 30 minutes before removing from the pan
