AILI Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Pork Sausage, regular
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese, cheddar or fiesta blend
  • ¾ Cup And I Like It™ Baking Blend
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375’F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix by hand just until incorporated.
  3. Roll into 18 - 39 gram balls (about 1 ½ inch diameter) and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, enjoy!
  5. Tip: Could use 1/4 Cup diced onion or diced jalapeños for added texture or spice.
