AILI Chaffels

A quick, gluten free, keto friendly, low carb, hot and fresh, toast. It is made in a mini waffle maker, and is a healthy alternative to bread for your BLT or Egg and avocado sandwich. Made with And I Like It™ Baking Blend.

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBSP AILI baking blend
  • 1 TBSP Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 TBSP Shredded cheese - separated 3 times
  • Pinch Salt


  1. Heat mini waffle maker (we recommend Dash Mini Waffle Maker)
  2. In a small bowl lightly beat the egg, add the baking blend, heavy cream, salt, and 1 TBSP of grated cheese & stir together.
  3. Spray griddle with non-stick olive oil spray
  4. Sprinkle ¼ TBSP shredded cheese on the griddle.
  5. Scoop ½ of the egg mixture into griddle & add another ¼ TBSP shredded cheese on top
  6. Cook until bread (chaffle) looks golden brown & slightly crispy
  7. Repeat steps 3 - 6 for cooking the 2nd piece of bread (chaffle)
  8. Enjoy plain or make into a Keto or low carb sandwich
