1/2CupAILI FirstRate™ or TopNotch™ - low carb sweetener
One grind of salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend for 1 minute.
Taste the mixture and if need be, add more sweetener to your preference.
Evenly pour into 4 ramekins.
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast.
Notes
Note 1: If you need fats add 2 TBSP of AILI Whipped Cream to the top of your pudding.
Note 2: For accuracy, use a scale to measure the pudding into 4 equal portions.
