- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 Cup And I Like It™ FirstRate™
- 4 Eggs, large, room temp
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Dash Salt
Preheat the oven to 350’F & grease muffin pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, melted butter and FirstRate™.
Add the eggs, one at a time and incorporate each.
In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder & salt.
Add the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and combine until well incorporated.
Measure ¼ cup of batter into each muffin cup.
Bake for 15 - 20 min until a toothpick comes out clean.
