Ingredients
  

Caramel

  • 1 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp And I Like It™ FirstRate™
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/8 tsp Black Strap Molasses
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Salt to taste

Cake

  • 1 Tbsp Butter, room temperature
  • 1 LargeCin Egg
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp Sour cream
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Tbsp And I Like It™ Baking Blend
  • 1 Tbsp And I Like It™ FirstRate™
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

Caramel

  • Melt the butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and put back into the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Pull out and stir and do this 3-5 more times till it is nice and thick.

Cake

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  • Pour into a greased coffee mug
  • Microwave for 1 min- 1 ½ min. (you want it to not be dry, keep an eye on it to make sure it is cooked but moist)
  • Pull out of microwave and add the caramel sauce to the top
