Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened macadamia milk or almond milk
  • 3 TBSP pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 48 g FIrstRate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp caramel extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients (except the extracts) in a small sauce pan over medium high heat whisking continuously for a FULL 3 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to a simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Take off heat and let sit until it comes to room temperature.
  • Whisk in the the vanilla and caramel extracts and store in the fridge.

Notes

This creamer is not super sweet. If you like your coffee sweeter feel free to add more FirstRate. Even if you double it, the macros won't change!
