AILI Keto Lovers Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 TBSP Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 2 Large Eggs, beaten
  • 4 TBSP And I Like It™ Baking Blend, packed
  • 1 ½ TBSP dry pizza seasoning
  • ¼ tsp Salt (optional) - We recommend ‘Redmond's Real Salt’

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mozzarella & cream cheese, microwave for 90 seconds, stir halfway through, stir.
  3. Stir in the AILI Baking Blend, pizza seasoning, and eggs and knead until a dough forms. If it becomes too hard, microwave 10 seconds to soften.
  4. Stretch and press the dough onto the lined pan, poke several holes in the dough.
  5. Bake for 6 minutes, poke bubbles, bake for an additional 3-7 minutes, until golden.
  6. Create your pizza by spreading the AILI Keto Lovers Pizza Sauce & your toppings of choice all the way to the crust edge. Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
