AILI PB Protein Balls

A new favorite! Here is a melt in your mouth tasty treat that’s packed full of flavor and protein. These come together with ease and will surely become your go to snack.
Makes: 12 Servings
Serving Size: 1 ball, Calories 103, Fat 8g, Net Carbs 1g, Protein 4g,


  • 1/2 cup Kirkland superfine almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Kirkland Natural Peanut Butter
  • 30g or 1/4 cup FirstRate™
  • 1 scoop Equip Protein - PB flavor
  • 2 TBSP coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)


  1. Mix all (except the coconut flakes) ingredients together.
  2. Portion out and form 12 evenly sized balls.
  3. Optional: Gently roll each ball in coconut flakes.
  4. Store in fridge.
  5. Note: For best results use Superfine Almond Flour
  6. Note 2: Feel free to change the brands of each item but remember to adjust the macros if needed. If you use another low carb PB protein powder, check the ingredients for salt. If there is not any salt in the protein powder then add 1/8 - 1/4 tsp (to taste) of sea salt to the ingredients.
