AILI Almond Butter Chia Pudding

Serving Size: 1/4 of recipe. 315 Calories, 3.5g Net Carbs, 8.5g Protein, 20.6g Fat

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup chai seeds
  • 1/3 Unsweetened Natural Organic Almond Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup FirstRate or TopNotch - low carb sweetener
  • One grind of salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into your blender and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Taste the mixture and if need be, add more sweetener to your preference.
  3. Evenly pour into 4 ramekins.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast.
  5. Note 1: If you need fats add 2 TBSP of AILI Whipped Cream to the top of your pudding.
  6. Note 2: For accuracy, use a scale to measure the pudding into 4 equal portions.
