AILI PB Cookie Dough Fat Bomb

Quick, easy keto recipe making chocolate chip, peanut butter, cookie dough fat bombs using our all natural sugar substitute AILI FirstRate™

Serving size: 23g, 115 Calories, 10g Fat, 2g Carbs, 2g Protein


  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 8 TBSP Salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Natural Peanut butter (a brand that contains only peanuts & salt)
  • 1⁄2 Cup AILI FirstRate™
  • 2 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 Cup (68g) Sugar free chocolate chips (we recommend Lily’s Semi-Sweet Baking Chips)


  1. In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, FirstRate™ & vanilla, until well incorporated.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips
  3. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Scoop out mixture into balls (23g per fat bomb).
  5. Place on a cookie sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes
  6. Remove and place in a large ziplock bag.
  7. Store them in the freezer.
