Our Sugar-Free Simple Syrup is as easy as it gets. Just water and FirstRate™—that’s it. FirstRate™ dissolves like a dream, so you get a smooth, clean syrup without any gritty texture. No sugar, no weird aftertaste, and no hassle.

We use this syrup to sweeten our AILI Prosecco Margarita, but don’t stop there. It’s great in coffee, iced tea, herbal blends, or your favorite cocktail. Add it to flavored or unflavored sparkling water with lime for a refreshing mocktail. Drizzle a spoonful over berries or stir into a smoothie or protein shake for a touch of clean sweetness without the crash. Make It Your Own

Want to mix it up? Try steeping a bit of fresh rosemary, mint, or lavender in the water before adding FirstRate™—lavender is a personal favorite. You’ll get subtle, elevated flavors that make your drinks feel special without adding calories or carbs.

Unlike typical store-bought syrups loaded with corn syrup, preservatives, and artificial flavors, this one is clean, quick, and made with ingredients you recognize. Store it in the fridge and it’ll keep for up to a month—ready whenever you need a fast splash of sweetness.

A batch made with 1 cup of boiling water and 1 cup of FirstRate™ typically yields 14 to 16 ounces, depending on how much water boils off. For most drinks, 1 tablespoon is the sweet spot but make it your own and add to taste. That gives you about 14–16 servings per batch.

If you’re tracking calories or macros really closely, measure your final batch once it cools. That way, you can calculate exactly what’s in each serving. Either way, it’s good to know that FirstRate™ has zero net carbs, so you can sip confidently and stay on course.
