AILI Asian Style Ribs

  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth, divided
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • ½ Cup And I Like It™ FirstRate™
  • 2 tsp Ginger, ground
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Chili Paste
  • 4 tsp Parsley
  • 5 lbs. Pork Spare Ribs, cut into 10 sections
  • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Xanthan gum


  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, garlic, FirstRate, ground ginger, sesame oil, chili paste & parsley.
  2. In an Instant Pot (or similar pressure cooker) place the ribs.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the ribs.
  4. Set the Instant Pot to Meat/Stew for 25 minutes, let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the ribs (leave the liquid) from the Instant Pot and let rest.
  6. Set the Instant Pot to Sauté. Once liquid is bubbling add the melted butter and xanthan gum, whisk frequently until the sauce thickens. Then pour sauce over ribs & serve.
  7. Tip 1: This can be made in a crockpot. Combine all ingredients & cook for 6-7 hours, until the ribs are tender.
  8. Tip 2: Extra sauce is delicious on cauliflower or meatballs.
