AILI Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Serving size: 2 TBSP, 55 Calories, .25g Net Carbs, 0g Protein, 6g Fat


  • 3/4 Cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened macadamia milk or almond milk
  • 3 TBSP pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 48 g FIrstRate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp caramel extract


  1. Combine all ingredients (except the extracts) in a small sauce pan over medium high heat whisking continuously for a FULL 3 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat to a simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Take off heat and let sit until it comes to room temperature.
  4. Whisk in the the vanilla and caramel extracts and store in the fridge.
  5. Tips: This creamer is not super sweet. If you like your coffee sweeter feel free to add more FirstRate. Even if you double it, the macros won't change!
