Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 8 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 Cup And I Like It™ FirstRate™
  • 4 Eggs, large, room temp
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350’F & grease muffin pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, melted butter and FirstRate™.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time and incorporate each.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder & salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and combine until well incorporated.
  • Measure ¼ cup of batter into each muffin cup.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 min until a toothpick comes out clean.
