Ingredients
- 2 Cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 Cup chai seeds
- 1/3 Unsweetened Natural Organic Almond Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup AILI FirstRate™ or TopNotch™ - low carb sweetener
- One grind of salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into your blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Taste the mixture and if need be, add more sweetener to your preference.
- Evenly pour into 4 ramekins.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast.
Notes
Note 1: If you need fats add 2 TBSP of AILI Whipped Cream to the top of your pudding.
