Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup chai seeds
  • 1/3 Unsweetened Natural Organic Almond Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup AILI FirstRate™ or TopNotch™ - low carb sweetener
  • One grind of salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into your blender and blend for 1 minute.
  • Taste the mixture and if need be, add more sweetener to your preference.
  • Evenly pour into 4 ramekins.
  • Refrigerate overnight and enjoy for breakfast.

Notes

Note 1: If you need fats add 2 TBSP of AILI Whipped Cream to the top of your pudding.
Note 2: For accuracy, use a scale to measure the pudding into 4 equal portions.
