  • 1 Food Scale

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 TBSP salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 Cup Natural peanut butter, a brand that contains only peanuts & salt
  • 1/2 Cup AILI FirstRate™
  • 2 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 Cup (68 g) Sugar free chocolate chips , we recommend Lily’s Semi-Sweet Baking Chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, FirstRate™ & vanilla, until well incorporated.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips
  • Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Scoop out mixture into balls (23g per fat bomb).
  • Place on a cookie sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes
  • Remove and place in a large ziplock bag.
  • Store them in the freezer.
