Equipment
- 1 Hand Mixer
- 1 Food Scale
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 TBSP salted butter, softened
- 1/2 Cup Natural peanut butter, a brand that contains only peanuts & salt
- 1/2 Cup AILI FirstRate™
- 2 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/3 Cup (68 g) Sugar free chocolate chips , we recommend Lily’s Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, FirstRate™ & vanilla, until well incorporated.
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Scoop out mixture into balls (23g per fat bomb).
- Place on a cookie sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes
- Remove and place in a large ziplock bag.
- Store them in the freezer.
