Ingredients
- 4 oz Butter, salted, softened
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 10 Strawberries, small, chopped (100 g)
- 1/4 cup And I Like It™ FirstRate™
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
- Put mixture in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Using a scoop or spoon, form into 13 balls & place on a baking pan.
- Place in a ziplock bag & store in the freezer.
