Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup AILI FirstRate™
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 TBSP water

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan combine butter & AILI FirstRate™. Cook over medium heat & bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 3 to 5 minutes stirring frequently (be careful not to burn it).
  • Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream. Mixture will bubble vigorously.
  • Sprinkle with xanthan gum and whisk vigorously to combine. Mix in the salt.
  • Return mixture to heat and boil for 1 more minute.
  • Let cool to lukewarm and stir in water until well combined.
  • Store in the fridge.
